Terms of use
MOHBI CUTSCENES is a private archive of video game cutscenes. It is run by one person as a personal collection. Please read this before you use it.
This is not a business
Nothing here is sold. There are no adverts, no subscriptions, no payments and no sponsorship. The archive makes no money and is not trying to. It runs on a home server and a small rented server, both paid for privately.
Who can use it
- You need an account, and accounts are approved by hand. This is not a public library.
- Once you are signed in you can browse and download everything.
- Uploading is separate and needs an extra approval.
- Your account is yours alone. Please do not share your sign in link with anyone.
- An account can be removed at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Who owns the videos
The cutscenes are the copyrighted work of the studios and publishers who made the games. This archive claims no ownership of any of it, and no rights are granted to you by downloading a file. Game titles, cover art and trademarks belong to their owners. Cover images come from IGDB.
Treat what you download as being for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Do not re-upload it, publish it, sell it, or use it in anything you monetise.
If you own the rights and want something removed
Email [email protected] and it will be taken down. No forms, no arguing, no delay. Please include the game and, if you can, a link to the page or the name of the cutscene, so the right thing gets removed.
You do not have to prove anything or send a formal notice first. A short email is enough.
Please do not
- Scrape the archive or automate bulk downloads beyond the download list the site gives you.
- Share your account, or pass sign in links to other people.
- Upload anything you do not have on your own drive already, or anything that is not a game cutscene.
- Try to reach the storage server directly, or work around how access is granted.
No promises about uptime
The video files live on a home server on a domestic internet connection. It goes offline. Downloads are slow at busy times. Files may be removed or renamed without warning, and the whole archive may be shut down at any point.
The archive is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything you care about. Nothing here is a backup service.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the archive means the current version applies to you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
